Join us for a beautiful and relaxed morning here at Noi Dep Flower Farm, where we invite you to experience the art of flowers, from the fields to the vase.
Whether you are a flower lover, a budding florist or simply someone who enjoys being creative, this workshop is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature and learn something beautiful.

🌸 Guided Flower Picking
Wander through our flower beds and fields, as I guide you through selecting and harvesting beautiful seasonal blooms grown right here on our farm. Learn about the flowers, how they grow and the correct way to harvest them.
🌸 Floral Design Demonstration
Join me in our floral studio, where I will share my knowledge and experience in floristry. Learn about flower selection, colour, texture, movement and the art of creating a naturally beautiful arrangement.
🌸 Create Your Own Floral Arrangement
Using your freshly picked flowers, you will create a beautiful vase arrangement to take home and enjoy. Your vase, flowers and all materials are included.
🌸 Conversations Amongst Flowers
Enjoy relaxed conversations about flower farming, floristry and the journey behind our Life Amongst Flowers. I’ll share the joys, challenges and realities of growing flowers and working with them.

🌿 A LITTLE ABOUT OUR FARM
Noi Dep Flower Farm is our family-run, eight-acre working flower farm nestled in beautiful Ebden, Victoria, near Lake Hume.
Our farm is a place where we grow, nurture, harvest and create with flowers. We are passionate about sharing not only their beauty but also the hard work, patience and love that goes into growing them.
This is a real working flower farm, not a manicured garden, and we would love you to experience it just as we do.
🌿 IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOUR VISIT
As our farm covers eight acres of natural, uneven ground, please take a moment to read the following information.
Footwear: Sturdy, comfortable, enclosed shoes are essential. Please do not wear high heels, sandals, thongs or open-toed shoes.
Clothing: We recommend comfortable, practical clothing suitable for walking through flower fields and working with flowers. Please keep in mind that our farm can be hot and dusty, muddy or wet depending on the weather.
Sun Protection: Please bring a hat, sunscreen and sunglasses. November weather can be quite warm, and part of our workshop will be outdoors.
Accessibility: Our farm has uneven ground, garden beds and working farm areas. Not all areas are accessible to everyone. Please take care when walking around the Farm and through the fields.
Weather: This workshop includes outdoor activities and will be subject to weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the day.
Facilities: Toilets are available on the farm.
Farm Animals: We have two beautiful Maremma Flower guardian dogs, Marley and Basil, who live and work on our property. Please be mindful that this is also their home.
Flower Picking: Flowers may only be picked from designated areas under our guidance. We carefully manage our flower fields to protect our plants and ensure their continued growth.

No previous floristry experience is necessary. Just bring your love of flowers, your creativity and a willingness to learn.
